Kumpula Outdoor Swimming Pool
The Kumpula open-air bath, built for the 1952 Olympics, are located in the middle of a low-rise residential area. The baths are a compound for swimming and swim sports that also functions as a sunbathing and leisure park for the whole family. There is a kiosk in the park. Especially for local inhabitants the area is an oasis for swimming and recreation. With its basins, grandstand and lawns, the open-air baths compound covers some 1,7 hectares.
