- Product has a process description in writing from customer arrival to the end of the visit.
- Programme service products comply with Consumer Agency regulations for such services.
- Theme related product criteria are taken into account (such as cycling, canoeing).
- Product pricing is clear
Producer/Company Criteria
- Existing customer service programme.
- Existing evidence for succesful implementation and day-to-day run.
- Staff with language skills to match its customer base (English at minimum).
- Producer / company has permanent address and contact details:
- we recommend: phone-, fax-, email and internet details - For incentive products we recommend having information available on any certified quality systems the company may have, including last date of audit.
