  • Product is interconnected with the rest of the Helsinki offering.
  • Product is customer-driven and proven in local and/or international market.
  • Target audience is defined and its special needs are taken into account.
  • Customers can purchase and attain the product, and booking channels and dates are defined.
  • Product has a process description in writing from customer arrival to the end of the visit.
  • Programme service products comply with Consumer Agency regulations for such services.
  • Theme related product criteria are taken into account (such as cycling, canoeing).
  • Product pricing is clear

Producer/Company Criteria

  • Existing customer service programme.
  • Existing evidence for succesful implementation and day-to-day run.
  • Staff with language skills to match its customer base (English at minimum).
  • Producer / company has permanent address and contact details:
    - we recommend: phone-, fax-, email and internet details
  • For incentive products we recommend having information available on any certified quality systems the company may have, including last date of audit.

Conditions

  • Company product and/or service enhances positive Helsinki tourism image.
  • Company product and/or service enhances Helsinki City Tourist & Convention Bureau marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Company product and/or service are exemplary in their own industry and further Helsinki city image as a high-quality travel destination.
